The seminars and conferences organized by Italia Casa 1981 and Quotidiano del Condominio (EDICON Group) begin on Thursday morning, 18 October 2018 : the first, from 9.30 to 13.30, is the conference ” The condominium beyond the chronicle: laws, regulations, sentences ” . Appointment in the “Condominio Blu” room (pavilion 25 of the SAIE of Bologna ).
The aim of the conference is to address, through a discussion with industry experts, issues related to the energy efficiency of buildings, plant maintenance , the condominium registry , tax concessions and deductions , responsibility of the condominium administrator , legislation on privacy and to provide the necessary tools that make it possible to acquire a sort of ” toolbox “, necessary to convey information.
